Emma has been part of White Pine since 2004 as a program participant and later as a staff member. Outside, she loves to garden and sit under trees and she says that when she’s not working as a birth doula, she daydreams about building her own “tiny” house. When asked why she was interested in joining the board, Emma shares, “White Pine has been part of my life for such a long time and has had a major impact throughout my teen and young adult years. I believe that my relationship with WPP has given me confidence to make decisions that are true to my heart and my community.”
