Hilary Clark

Hilary was raised in Massachusetts, Maine and New Hampshire.  As a child of the first environmental movement in the 1960’s-70’s, she was deeply affected by the destruction of our natural resources and overpopulation and wanted to find a profession that mirrored those concerns.  To Hilary’s surprise, she took a different turn and became a social worker and child and family therapist until retiring 5 years ago.  Hilary has always loved the natural world and joined the Board of the York Land Trust nine years ago to help preserve the land around her.  Hilary joined her first White Pine Programs tracking event eight years ago and have been hooked ever since.  She lives in south western York, enjoying the animals in her neighborhood.
