Bella DeLuca

Lead Educator

Bella grew up in York, ME, and her very first memories include being outside — whether it was hiking in the woods, swimming in the ocean, or playing soccer with friends.

Her family had a farm in VT where she would visit often. While there, she would spend her time working on the farm, hiking, canoeing, and zip lining. This is where her true passion for animals and nature was cultivated.

After graduating from York High School, Bella went on to get her B.S. in Environmental Science with a minor in Sustainability from the University of Tampa. She recently moved home to Maine and is excited to join White Pine as a Lead Educator!

Bella has always enjoyed working with children and has spent the majority of her life in and out of her mom’s second grade classroom, along with babysitting and substitute teaching.

Outside of working with children, Bella loves surfing, walking her dog, photography, traveling, and reading a good book on the beach.
