Cosimo Bardini

Lead Educator

I began White Pine in 2015 as a student in the Ways of the Wild program. I have always loved being outside exploring the woods of Maine with my instructors and fellow students, many of them are still my closest friends. Now I am a Lead Educator! Some of my favorite things to do in the woods are exploring, making friction fires and building weather-proof debris shelters. An amazing thing about exploring in nature is that there is always something to learn, whether it’s about the environment or about yourself. I also really enjoy carving, especially spoons and, of course, gnomes! Much of who I am today has been deeply influenced by my time at White Pine Programs. I love having the opportunity to share it!
